Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ProductsMarkt.com. We value you as a customer, and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your t-shirt(s) to request a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
      • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
      • With all tags and labels still attached.
      • If applicable, in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items (if sold at a heavy discount)
  • Customized or personalized t-shirts made specifically to your request
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our Customer Support at oussama.basry.work@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your product.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return, unless the return is due to our error (you received a defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, we can replace the item if it is available.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send us a photo of the defect or the wrong item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, or refund (including shipping costs), at no extra cost to you.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be made in the original currency of purchase, using the same payment method used when making the order. If the original method is unavailable, we may offer store credit.


8. Cancelling Orders

  • We allow order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, only if the item has not been processed or shipped.
  • After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order.
